Lauren Kane
Co-Chair
Lauren Kane is Catapult Seacoast’s former Events Planning Chair and has moved into the Co-Chair role as of 2012. Lauren has been attending Catapult events since 2008 and joined the Events Planning Team in 2009. Lauren enjoys Catapult’s events in that they offer an alternative forum to “traditional” professional networking groups in a more relaxed and social environment, with the added benefit of a value proposition at most events. There is always something learned or a new connection made at a Catapult event.
When Lauren is not wearing her Catapult “hat,” she works as a full time Realtor with RE/MAX Coast to Coast Properties as part of the Mitch 7e & Associates Team in Portsmouth. Lauren has been selling real estate since 2007. She feels grateful for the knowledge she has gained through her experience with increasingly complicated transactions and market challenges, as well as for the valuable relationships she has built with clients and colleagues. Lauren embraces the new experiences that each day brings and is happy that her business is gaining momentum with increasing referrals from past clients and business affiliates. She maintains a professional approach to her work and often relies on her sense of humor.
Lauren is licensed in both New Hampshire and Maine. She is an active member of the Seacoast Board of Realtors, serving on the Public Relations Committee and as the Vice President of the Board of Directors. She has a background in accounting, and earned a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2001.
As an avid beach-goer and outdoor enthusiast, Lauren enjoys all the Seacoast has to offer with its natural beauty and idyllic location. Lauren lives in Dover, a community she is happy to call home.
