The Catapult Seacoast Business Speaker Series (“BSS”) is an event series designed to stretch beyond networking in order to provide members with a unique opportunity to meet dynamic, successful, Seacoast business people in an intimate setting and open forum.

In 2010, the BSS launched with three events held at the One Hundred Club in Portsmouth. The Series was well received within the community; both from the perspective of audience members who walked away with renewed inspiration to achieve success along with a few key takeaways in which to accomplish this, and from the perspective of successful speakers who were delighted to share their expertise with a motivated audience of future business and community leaders.

In 2011, the BSS continues with a slight change in venue. In an effort to add another layer of exposure to the Speaker’s professional life, each event will be held at the Speaker’s place of business. Events will be limited to fifty Catapult members in order to provide a comfortable, intimate environment, promoting personalized conversations and interaction between the speaker, moderator and audience.

Each event will begin promptly at 6:30pm, though attendees are encouraged to arrive just before to network. Light appetizers and beverages will be provided. Business attire is required. Details of each event and tickets sales will be offered on this website prior to event dates. No walk-ins will be accepted at the door, so please plan in advance.

To conclude each BSS event, Catapult will ask its signature question: “What can someone working for you do to catapult themselves to the next level?”

Catapult, the Seacoast’s Young Professionals Networking group, is dedicated to providing young professionals with unique and valuable opportunities to enhance personal and professional development. Catapult’s career development programs and social events are a phenomenal way for you to network, grow professionally, and make an impact in the broader community.
