Founded in 2006, Catapult launched with a simple agenda: to enrich the Seacoast community and help unite young professionals and develop future leaders.
Today, Catapult has created a network of more than 2,000 young professionals and serves as a hub for professional growth among young leaders, business owners, and college students.
We offer a variety of programs including professional and social networking events, seminars, entrepreneurial and career advice, and access to some of the most influential businesses and people throughout the Greater Seacoast.
A regional partnership.
In 2022, Catapult relaunched under the leadership of the Chamber Collaborative of Greater Portsmouth in partnership with the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce, Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce, Hampton Area Chamber of Commerce, The Falls Chamber of Commerce, and Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce.
This merger supports our mission to create connections in our community and to be inclusive of young professionals in all Greater Seacoast communities.

10 to Watch Awards
An initiative of Catapult Seacoast, the 10 to Watch Awards recognize and celebrate remarkable, hard-working young professionals who live or work in the Seacoast.
Each year, the awards honor young professionals between the ages of 21 and 40 who are making a difference in the Seacoast community. A panel of judges from young professional organizations around New Hampshire selects the top 20 finalists and the 10 winners.

About Catapult Seacoast
Catapult Seacoast is a community networking group for young professionals who live and/or work in the Seacoast area. We create an intentional space for 20 and 30 “somethings” from all industries to connect, network, learn, and grow as professionals and individuals.
Catapult events are an excellent way to meet local business leaders, build relationships with other local young professionals, and leverage opportunities to increase both your personal and professional networks through social and educational activities.
